I have the urge to practice on my culinary skills. So this time I'm gonna practice on cheesecake! x3
This is my first try for baked cheesecake. I have to say the taste is not even close to that of the Fridge Cheesecake.
The recipe is the same with that of Easy Cheesecake: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/5865092/
The differences are: Replace the sugar with a tin of sugared milk and bake it for 30 minutes (you can bake it even more if you want :P)

Ingredients for 2 glasses
Half a packet of petit beurre biscuits
2 packets of Philadelpheia cream cheese
a tablespoon of butter
3 tablespoons of sugar
Using a processor, grind the biscuits into a powder. In a small sausepan, melt the butter and then mix it with the biscuit powder. This will be our base. Place the mixture at the bottom of the glasses
Now on a bowl add the sugar and the cheese and mix all the ingrediends with a mixer for 5 minutes. When your cream is somewhat fluffy, add in on the top of the glass. Put the glasses in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Now you can add whatever you want for extra taste and color. I added morello in sugar sirup at the top. Place it again in the fridge until you serve it.
