Having made a few wireworked dragons, I decided to give other creatures a shot. This butterfly was my first attempt...and it turned out far better than I anticipated.
Made with 16-gauge coated copper wire, a malachite cabochon, and a dozen 4-mm Swarovski crystals. The effect of the malachite is dramatic...it almost looks like a talisman intended to summon a great spirit of the forest.
