General Kiefer, the general of Dynae’s army, is the one in charge of dealing with Jay and Olly. He sends them off on missions to either investigate, disrupt, or hinder the plans of the cult that the country is fighting against. He comes off as pretty hard to his subordinates, but it’s his job to do so. He has a great deal of respect for his peers, as they give it their all.
