Hasher is a Greedent who lives in a small town in the lands that was once Galar his town was very far form the main parts of the kingdom so it was very quiet and rarely had people coming to it Hasher comes form a wealthy family however he lost his mother and father at a young age leaving only his twin brother and butler collecting was in his blood as his family are known to be collectors of items his was diapers he all ways go to shops and even to other city's and kingdoms to buy packs of diapers but he all ways valued TF diapers way more his twin who was the black sheep of the family was more into fighting so would one day leave to become a wrestler last he knew he going to a kingdom like tuttlereef who big on battles Hasher however was very smart to the point he build his own lab in their home as he loved poofology he follow all the world top experts in this field like Tusa Chrono buying all of their books to read and learn

Birth of the Diaper Collector
One day he was working on something big he followed the sightings of the Diaper beasts and gotten all he needed form them for his work but as he work a accident would happen that would forever change him as he was caught in the explosion when he quickly recovered he found his body was changed his body was now made of diaper gel he shock he not turned into a diaper or diapercitter but his body is Gel it self as he tested he body can turn any part of it into gel takeing in attacks and if any part of his body is cut off or remove it reform right away he was happy with this as he look for his book to put down some notes he would find his father book and read it there he learn that their bloodline form a Firstborn mew the Mew of collection a Minor Mew but who had the best TF diaper collection that was place in paradise believeing the mew had become apart of his own collection reading this his path in life was clear to him he make his own collection that will surpass the mew this when he fully changed he right away got to work on making his weapon the Collector’s Poofy Blasterscope he made it so well that it could rival that of Yuri Knightwing work and he knew where to start he waited till all of the town kids would leave the town for a while and at the dead of night he got right to work he wasted no time turning ever pokemon in the town into permanent diapers by sunrise everyone was part of his collection except for his butler who he given a chance to walk away but he choose to stay by his side as he loyal to the family and the head of the family no matter what path they walk with that he lock up their home leaving it for his brother to take and left the now ghost town before the kids would return to start on his path takeing all the diapers with him

Hideout
He go far finding a uncharted island that was close to the 3 Kingdoms of Pan, Tuttle and Crownreef there he make his new home a perfect hideout to hide all of his diapers in his collection he never wear one diaper for too long all ways changing who he wearing any he catch's he all ways put in his tail he all so make a new lab in his hideout to work on his body to make him stronger and even tame some of diaper tail beasts Minions and make them loyal to him he all ways keeps a few at his hideout with his butler to guard his diapers while he all so takes a few with him in his tail just in case

Most wanted outlaw
He quickly made a name for him self being called Hasher the Diaper Collector he taken 100's and 1000's of pokemon as permanent diapers no matter who they are even very high rank nobles and members of many royal familys even trying to get each kingdom ruler or past ruler this made him the most wanted pokemon in a long time but many choose not to go after him like the assassins many had try to pamp or kill him but they end up as part of his diapers in fact the few who try to go after him like Connor feared him and not willing to go after him again even many of pamper down high ranking fear going after him after Mako try to catch him and all most ended up as a diaper Hasher as he very smart has a mind that lets him think 2 to 3 steps ahead he all ways plans for a escape if things go wrong so no one has never catch him even when he beaten the best people can do is to beat him and hope he drops many of his diapers he captured as he makes his escape he all so known to never give up even after he failed to catch someone he all ways try again at a later point in time those he wants to add and failed are pokemon like Zazzy, Mec, the Mona's, Hawk you name it to him everyone is fair game to him and the more well known a pokemon is the more their worth to his collection

Never Trust Hasher
The thing is about Hasher there one grieve mistake one can make when it comes to him and that trusting him many has try to make deals with him in the past be it to take someone out and keep them as a diaper while you can do that he more then likely to betray you and add you to his collection the moment the job is done especially if she sees you someone worth adding

legendary hunts
One of the many kind of diapers he loves to hunt are Legendary pokemon as they all ways worth a lot to any collection no matter who they are if they are a big name or a ruler then they worth even more

Skills in combat
While he known for running away if attacked don't think he weak for one attacking him in melee is often a death sentence as thanks to his Gel like Body if someone makes physical contact with him either there a chance his Gel will attach to them and quickly spread and consume them turning them into perm diapers fast or their hand or feet can become stuck in his body and become helpless as he can either shoot them or use a diaper move or just laugh as his gel quickly spread and turn them if a pokemon is around or blow his height he can even pull them into his body to turn them into a diaper instantly before sending them to his tail or pulling them out by hand to taunt and mock them as well lowering the morale of those around him so physical attacks is out of the question unless you using a weapon still that still has it risk as you be close to him if too much of his gel gets on you or if he tosses gel at you as a form of attack your done for as well no matter how much you cut him his body will reform if you flatted him he pop back up or turn into pure gel to get away or if he sees it coming let his body become unsolid so the hit form a blunt weapon will splatter him every where catching both the attacker and those around him into his gel spelling their doom as he harmlessly reforms he all so has a specially design by himself not only does it increases his Sp. Defense stat by 50% but so does his defense and he can still use status moves not only that he all so has all kinds of diaper gel rounds in it as well few Diaper gel bombs and other nasty surprises to catch any attacker off guard and make them into diapers as well as items he can use to escape such like escape orbs, Smoke bombs and anything else that can help with escaping so one would think it be best to attack form range well that why he has his Assault Vest to keep him safe form range attacks it and being at range he can use his weapon more effectively as he a skilled sharp shooter so there no real safe way to fight Hasher but if one can beat him to the point of running away he all ways drops some of his catch's he keeps in is tail as he runs away specially if he reaches in to his tail to use a item he all so keeps with his diapers in there

Chance of catching Hasher
Trying to catch him is impossible but many pokemon do think that if they can find his hideout and ambush him there then he wouldn't run away as he not dare abandon his collection and fight to the last to defend it many had tried to find his hideout few has succeeded but those who had never got the chance to tell the world as they would be attacked by either his butler or beast minions there and added to the collection keeping the whereabouts of his hideout safe

Hasher code of honour
While Hasher turn anyone he meets into diapers he does has Honour for one he never go after his twin brother has he cares about him and only add him if he forces his hand the other is children he will never add a child to his collection no matter how rare or special they are he never do it as he waits for them to at least be a teen in that pokemon age before he add them if you was foolish enough to ask him to pamp someone and he finds out it a child he make you regent it before adding you and if he finds a child when he turn a lot of pokemon into diapers like a family he left them there unharmed and even make sure pokes come to find the child as while he don't care who he adds he not a heartless monster

Never giveing up
There are many he wants to add to his diaper (being most our chars) but time and time again he fails be it when he try's to get Mercury or Mona 2nd or hawk or Kroko you name it he likely gone after them he even go's after the ragtags a lot given how very unique they all are but each time his plans fail in some way but he all ways gets away and he never gives up after a while he all ways try again he a face they all know if they like it or not and he not rest till he has them as diapers to his growing collection

Swia war
When the Swia war happen his eyes light up in joy as a war means there will be a lot of diapers to collect form the fallen as well as any pokes they too was wearing and in the chaos of battle he could turn many into diapers and get them before they knew he was there and he did just that once the battle lines was moved to Swia he would show up in a few battles sniping at the many pokes and going around taking those he turn into diapers as well those who fallen in battle but once he was spotted he was so disliked and wanted that both Mona alliance and Dark gators was willing to form a temporary truces to try to catch him when this happen he all ways try to get a few more diapers before running away but all ways lose some once he was force to run still he make it out big in most battles by the end of the war he successfully taken many warriors form both sides before he left Swia for good

The deal
After the war was over he set his sights on Edelgard given she was just given full power over her kingdom she add nicely and wanted to get her mother Alzora he manage to sneak into the palace and take a sniping position on a path he knew they go by loading a explosive Gel round that once it hit one of them it will explode covering the other in diaper gel and turning them both into diapers and any unlucky guard who was too close then toss some flash bangs to blind and disoriented anyone around them long enough for him to get them and run he taken aim at them and just as he was about to shoot hubert had spotted the Sun glare of the sun hitting the scope of Hasher weapon and yelled at the pair to get down thanks to that the round missed and hit some random guards this made him mad as he had the perfect shot but had to run as he knew royal guards will be on high alert and the pair would be taken to safely making it too riskily to go after them for now he would run fighting a few guards on the way and keeping them as diapers as he made it out of the capital he headed to where his boat was on the way he would be jumped by some royal guards but before he could do anything about them one of them was suddenly stabbed though the chest by a weapon he could see behind the guard it was a Shiny Iron Valiant he watch has he quickly made quick work of the other guards he was in aw he has a few Iron Valiants as well as other Paradox Pokémon as they worth a lot as diapers but he didn't had a shiny but it would say to him if he wishes to leave Adrestia to follow him as they had found his ship and have a trap waiting for him there as well as they lock down the ports he didn't think it was trying to lie so he play along for now following him to a ship when he got on it he could tell by the robes the pokemon on the ship they was form the buttlerfly kingdom he ask them why they want to help someone like him and the Shiny Iron Valiant told him that the king of Buttlerfly wishs to talk to him and he make it worth his wild he was curious a ruler has never once try to reach out to him so he wanted to see how this would play out once he gotten there and taken to meet King Oberon he got right to the point asking him why he help him and Oberon told him he wanted to hired him given his skill and trouble he given him in the past like how he had raided one of his blackmarket poke diaper auctions taking not only ever diaper they had there but turning everyone there into diapers and making off with them he smile as those places he loved to hit and just laugh saying he not a mercenary that kind of work is not work he does it a waste of time his time be better off turning him and everyone around him into diapers to add to his collection but Oberon would laugh saying he knew he can't buy him with poke no matter how much he offered so what about in diapers? he had his men come in with a plate and set it down in front of him he was in aw as his eyes lit up like gems seeing so many shinys pokemon rare pokemon big names who gone missing even legendary pokemon Oberon told him that if he work for him he can expect this kind of payment surely it help a diaper collector like him he even get to get first pick of all shipments of diapers that be going to his many blackmarkets and if a war ever breaks out he get to keep a small percentage of all diapers form the enemy side and even his own fallen Hasher liked him this King knew how to make a deal he was happy to work for him but made it clear that if things ever started going south for him he will abandon him he all so does what he wants to do he works better when he not following orders and has freedom in what he can do and lastly if Oberon ever try's to go back on their deal he not hesitate to turn him into a diaper however what he did not know is that Oberon knows where his hideout is something he kept as a ace in case Hasher ever turn on him but he was happy to Hasher terms Hasher smile as he look follow to all the diapers he would be getting out of this.
