Phoebe's 2025 Ref Sheet
Decided to whip up a new look for my OC gal Phoebe the Raccoon. I changed her hair to gold and gave her a ponytail, changed her outfit to an athletic one that's purple and lime green, gave her purple and white sneakers with green laces, changed the color of the wristcuffs to purple, and even gave her a purple hairtie.
