A problem with me is i think to much sometimes, when it gets really late i start to think. I will be honest and say some of those thoughts are not good. But making art really does help with that. Sometimes it really doesn't feel like anything is going to get any better, and it doesn't feel like i can do anything about it. And honestly i think the worst part about all this is it feels like i don't have a lot of people to talk to. Sure i chat with people sometimes online, but it just doesn't feel like anyone is listening to me. It's just awful, i go down this awful spiral and i cant do anything about it. Its good though to fantasize about stuff though, not even in a truly lewd way. Transformation is just something that's really nice, because i would love another body, just something besides this.

Feeling like the world won't improve over time, alongside having others who feel like they don't listen to you is something I can definitely understand and sympathize with (although that's probably me more being paranoid if anything). You're not alone with those kind of worries.
Admittedly, transformation is a major theme I personally love to explore, whether it's in the body or mind. Besides, don't stress yourself if you don't want to do some TF artwork. What's really important is you and your health.
