This kinda reminds me of my Dragonsona. As Kuro he can vist his inner world and talk with his dark self. Only difference is that Kiba (yes I named my sona after myself^^) both like to fight but unlike Kuro, Kiba uses that as a way to 'get along' wit his dark side and even draw upon its powers to a certain degree. Kiba still keeps him 'trapped' though cause it's still his eveil side so he knows he cant let it go on ramapge too much.
Maybe he and Kuro should talk from time to time?^^ lol^^
