Kind of? Like any instance can be killed fairly easily, but if their runestone isn't destroyed they'll just come back in a while. So very easy to kill, but with an interdimensional easter egg hunt if you want them to stay dead.

Yeah, though in this case there's a little stone tablet somewhere that designates where they reform and basically has their soul inscribed on it.
