I decided to redesign Cirah a bit, giving her some nidoqueen like traits. To match the changes, she weighs as much as a nidoqueen. Adding to the traits, she has the strength of a nidoqueen. She has the elements of fire and wind (creating the hot air she was known to have in her original design). She doesn't get cold too easily (because of her size and the fire element). She's happy to lending a hand in investigating...possible bases and other places of mal-intent.
