Meet Victoria, Dolly's 90s era reincarnation. Yes, I know me and Portal have spent far too much time creatively gooning on this dungeons and dragons stuff. It's probably going to get worse before it gets better considering we're trying to turn this into something bigger. Here's the good news, I'm sorry...
The afterlife boasts a lot of perks when it comes to spiritual retirement, but the one thing you can't do is have kids. And after a brief return in the 80s to stop the Godripper, both Dolly and Rowan miss rearing kids together. So shortly after their return to the other side, they decide to risk reincarnation and separation again just for a shot at making a family together again in the mortal realm.
Victoria was Kel's answer to Dolly's insecurity when it came to feeling 'pretty enough'. Farrowfaighle and her brief relationship with Rowan always stuck in Dolly's craw, even if they weren't 'together' at the time largely because of her vixen beauty. So why not reincarnate Dolly as a Farrowfaighle herself...or rather an adopted Howell. Victoria was adopted by Sophia Grey, Daughter of Lucius and Elanor, along with her partner (Yet to be named). Victoria herself is a descendant of one of Margaret's 'non-Howell' sons, so no blood relation to any Howells. Despite that natural 'smolder' that Farrowfaighle women seem to be known for, Victoria has still retained that fiery fighting spirit that Dolly was known for. She doesn't take crap from anyone, and can see right through guys looking for an easy lay. Her demeanor, parentage, and unwillingness to adhere to a social pecking order makes her a semi-outcast similar to Michael. If she played her cards right, she could be the most popular girl in school, but Victoria is unwilling to play nice and keep up appearances for social status.
Despite that, someone like Micheal would see a beauty like Victoria as so far out of his league she wouldn't even be on his radar. But that would unknowingly work in his favor, as he treats her like a person first, rather than an object.
Again, both too much thought and yet not enough. I don't know what their long term goals are, or where they end up. It was just fun to design them. All because Portal gave us the creative opening to essentially span 2 centuries worth of family and spiritual lineage to explore stuff with.
