If you go to the abandoned tiki bar on a bright, sunny day and knock three times, a withered hand will give you a virgin banana daiquiri served in a freshly hollowed out pineapple with a tiny paper umbrella.
The drink is free, but after what happened to the last guy to try it no one has had the guts to do it again.

This kind of reminds me of the "Flamin' Charlie's" Barbecue which I think stood in ruins by the Interstate 101 for at least thirty years before it was leveled. The signs were still up, and beckoning travelers to stop in, and I'm sure many a road weary driver was unpleasantly surprised to find that hopes for a cool drink, something to eat, and a tank of gas were quickly dashed. I think it'd be cool to find such a "lost Treasure" simply because things like those Japanese Glass fishnet floats can fetch a high price on the collector's market. Still... Running the risk of having the place collapse on one's head, or worse yet in facing an enraged and eccentric "Property owner" with a rock salt loaded shotgun might not make such an adventure worth it.
