I finally learn how to use the fur sculpt, the new fur system from Blender it's far superior to the old particle system (Which was based Renamon E2). Also works quite lovely under Eeveenext, despite all that fur it took only 45 sec to render.

Yep! and "empty fur" and adding each fur manually (well, rather by sector). Also I love the fact it can do good X symmetry easily (something that the particle system never could do despite checking the option to do it).
Also, once you groom the hair once you can't change any parameters of the hair (like amount). While geometry node can. I used only the basic ones, set hair curve profile and duplicate hair
