Worst, I've gotten was being sneered at for being CiS male, during a support group for PTSD sufferers
So not sure how to offer any support from personal experience. Just empathy and patience, if possible

My ptsd stems from my time in Iraq. So it's "shell shock" as the individual in question, so flippantly coined it.
Apparently as a Cis man, I'm sposed to revel in the destruction and violence Doesn't help I'm empathic. love animals and try to avoid hurting people
During combat? Sure one emotion. Rage, after? That's when the regrets and horror kick in.
