After having killed Burn, seeing that Blaze was terrified of fighting her, Blister decided to offer her sister a unique proposition: to rule the Sandwing Kingdom together. Blaze herself on the other hand, desperately looking for a way out of a duel with Blister, eagerly accepts.

Suffice to say, it was only shortly after signing the agreement scroll, that Blaze quickly realized that she had had a significantly different understanding of what a 'joint rulership' is than to Blister...

Nonetheless, Blaze certainly is in no position to resist the offer now... Only to squirm and struggle.

You can't argue that Blister's definition of 'joint rulership' was flawed. Technically, Blaze will still be ruling with Blister... only as a part of her rather then alongside her as she had thought. If she had bothered to read the agreement scroll before signing it and accepting Blister's offer, she would have known that!
