The Princess and a Blob
Made in 2008
For those of you don't know about this. This is Princess Emi and Jerry (in the blob form) from the SNES game called Smartball (also known as Jerry Boy or Jelly Boy). After mother ordered this game on eBay, she decided to play it again. We used to rent this game a lot when I was little, at first, I thought it was a bowling ball game, but it turned into a cute adventure of a blob name Jerry, I do remember some scenes like the Shark and the Moon part, but the music is so...epic! =D
The game is about a young boy named Jerry, who is betrothed to the princess Emi. A mysterious wizard comes along with the help of his jealous brother, Tom, kidnaps the princess and turns Jerry into a Jelly Blob. During the game, it turns out that the Princess was possessed by the evil Wizard's spell to married Tom and forgets the memories of Jerry, and he has to save her before it was too late. Unfortunately, the U.S version didn't show the intro of the game, but the Japanese version shows the intro which gives the American gamer's attention. Thanks to YouTube, you can view the intro here.
I actually like the way this turns out, I messed Emi-hime's eyes a little jerky, but it's alright. If Jerry turns back into a blob, she'll know how cute he was when he turns into a blob. And well...you might know why she wanted to snuggle with her Jerry-kun. ;D
