How this antagonistic woof was inspired by two Archie sonic characters, Eclipse and the Foremen. And I even wrote a bit of a fan fic to continue their stories while I was thinking of that April fools' prank with Maestro. But later on making Turbine after adopting him from Momo on discord for a fun idea to make an orginal story based on the ideas . So let me show you the origins of Vokker Heisenberg, AKA: Turbine.

Bio:

He was originally a Foreman to the A.P.O facility, Vokker Heisenberg. A top official but failed to take down an infiltrator. Thus, was punished by headmaster Serenity via paralyzing cybernetic agent. Leading Vokker unable to move but aware of his surroundings. And even Serenity planning him locked up for years as his failure in a holding cell. However, Vokker was given a second chance to redeem himself. As being a test subject for a new “cyborg-a-zation” process. Via nano tech that devoured off Vokker's hands, and replace them with robotic ones. Granting his new "gloves" to fly and making cyclone like tornados via his new "hands." All in the process of tech under the control of Serenity. And will give the gifted wolf a chance to redeem himself, buy using his powers to take down a hero “gigawatt” by a wealthy client, the Mayor of Neariland city. Along with having a new alias given by Serenity “Turbine” to take down the hero once and for all. Only to get Zapped by the rodent with helps of Fat pride and Inlflate-o-roo out of the control of Serenity’s cybernetic control. Now free under his own free will, but still a chaotic threat with his cyclone gloves to take down anyone who get’s in his path for victory.



Personality:


Even if not he's much a friendly wolf, unless you’re a fan of him. Usually Full of himself with his hot air that uses his alias to make a show of force with his powers. Bragging to bring others down to his will, along with doing tons of damage if things don’t go his way. Although he can offer some kindness for offers that benefit him, Turbine is nothing more then a straight up villain who wanted the world to be control under his will. While enjoying the chaos his brings upon others via his powers. Yet this will come to bite him back as being almost crushed to paste to let the wolf suffering in pain by GrapeSune's mass. All leading Turbine to have a taste of his own medicine. Regardless of this humiliation, Turbine deep down having thoughts of finding true friendship beyond the A.P.O. All failing in his slim chance to take over the world even with his superpowers. As finding out Turbine was nothing more than a tool by Serenity. As over time Serenity cared less about him, and if Turbine failed, the headmaster would kill him! Thus, to be replaced by a more loyal servant. Leading Turbine to find better friends to support him in the most unlikely places after going awol . But for now, Turbine focuses on himself, and himself only regardless for those he hurts that get in the way.
