Tech E. Coyote invents a new laser ray machine that is to make him stronger and demonstrates, to the Loonatics his invention. However, the machine malfunctions, and the ray gives Tech a rather more expansive form. Then, an old foe observes the events and looks to use it for his plan of world domination.
