The first City to greet the visiting students of PCA, and once off the boat, its a regular shopper's paradise.

Merchants from all over come here to sell their wares and trade. Haggling is an art form here and if you are classy about it, you can walk away with a king's ransom with a pauper's salary.

Be warned though, street rats walk these alleys and many a vacationer has found their pockets picked.
