Left to right we have "The Ghoul" Cooper Howard, Lucy, Mad Max, Kenshiro, Furiosa, Buddy the Six String Samurai, and Tank Girl.

Who are Lucy and Buddy? Not familiar with those two in any regard.

Lucy is the protagonist of the Fallout TV series. Buddy is the protagonist of "Six-String Samurai" which is an amazing post apocalyptic comedy. Post apocalyptic Vegas is ruled by "King Elvis" and when he dies a battle royale-like fight of other musical personalities commences to become the new King of Rock in Vegas. Buddy is a parody of Buddy Holly and his rival is Death a heavy metal parody of Slash.
