Now you mention it, I can definitely see both influences. I had guessed, if not WoW Death Knight, then something similar, but not Sans, though it seems perfectly obvious now you mention it! Not a gal to screw with (but still damn sexy)!
(And yeah, Sans is the short one who can manipulate the game and uses it to painful effect on a Genocide run. My niece got into Undertale in a big way a couple of years ago, so I got to know all about it.)
