The soccer team from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, better know as UNAM got as mascot the cougar. And is another very favorite in Mexican league of soccer.
As curiosity, in the very beginning, the authorities of the School deny the chance of the creation of the team before the official approval because they believed it don´t go so far as proffesionals; and now recently on May 22th 2004 they won their seventh national championship.

muy genial el dibujo, felicidades, es genial ver tantas mascotas animales en el futbol mexicano, los recien ascendidos xolo's (aunq esos perros de furry no tienen nada) los zorros, jaguares, potros, tigres, tuzos y otros que por el momento no recuerdo, ya tuve una experiencia con la botarga de los pumas, jeje hablando en el buen sentido de la palabra:P
