Starseeker is a young dall sheep, a ram possessing gray fur and fleece of a deep black colour, earning him from the local newspapers the nickname of black sheep of Palermo, mostly used derogatively due to his post as member of the judiciary in the city known for its deep resentment to country’s laws and those seen as representatives and enforcers of it. His slender posture shows his reserved attitude towards physical activities, beyond that demanded by his position. He keeps his fur cut short and while he tries to keep his hair well groomed, usually the effects do not last long and he often appears even in court with a wild mess of a mane. When not wearing prosecutor's toga he often can be found walking in either a frock coat, morning coat or a lounge suit, standing in contrast with the fashion promoted by the now former Bourbon court in Naples, opting for more English style in his garderobe.

While the young ram can come off as closed off from other creatures and not often interacting with others beyond necessity, he is trying his best to maintain an active social life despite his demanding and often dangerous post. When present in a circle of close friends, the young ram does not shy away from openly presenting his emotions and enjoying a good laugh or to dance, especially if wine is involved. At the same time however, the cheerful caring nature is completely missing whenever work is involved. Star prioritises brutal efficiency with little regard for compassion when dealing with the ever expanding criminal underworld of Sicily, which has been spreading its influence further. His ruthless and aggressive tactic earned him his most infamous nickname of Bulldog di Via Barbarici, referring to prosecution office quarters near the main plaza at Barbarici 12. Maintaining reputation of an incorruptible member of the judiciary in a city known for nepotism and corruption came at a price of many negative stories and sinister reputation of a heartless and brutal monster, seemingly with no compassion for those in poverty or forced into crime, aiming his goal of ridding Palermo of the strangling hold of the Mafia.
