New Star Trek OC!
About time too, its been a very long time since I endeavored to make a proper Star Trek character. After The Lower Decks gave us such a fun avian species to play with, I knew exactly what I needed to do.
Kleem left behind a cushy life on his wealthy parents' estate to find purpose in Starfleet, and has lead a career spanning a couple of decades since then. Now a middle-aged bird and all the wiser for it, he's the Captain of the U.S.S. Confidence.
Also yes, despite being male, he wears a short skirt. He's the Captain, its up to him what the uniform can include!
