When you're attending your first family get-together in a year, you know you're going to be hugged by at least one family member. And Caddie's mom, Bianca, is no exception. Caddie always enjoys seeing her, although he does wish that she wouldn't crush him so hard.
This is Caddie's mother, Bianca Park. She's a triceratops who lives in Jackson, works as a museum tour guide, enjoys CrossFit and impressions, and was one of the first Anthros on Earth.
Also, this is happening at about the same time as the Festival of Change Epilogue.

Well, yes and no. Yes, she's one of the oldest currently living beings, and one of the first Anthros on Earth; no, she's not millions of years old — actually, in a few in-universe days, she'll turn 249. I do have an explanation in mind, but that's for later.

Honestly, that was just serendipity; Caddie already had the last name 'Park', and I was inspired to make Bianca after seeing Ceratops fossils in a museum.
Also, this picture takes place on October 23, 2021, and Bianca was born October 29, 1772 (I have a whole master timeline I'm making to keep track of everything; can't reveal it yet because it contains spoilers).
