Following the recent incident, where one of the employees got squashed in by another employee due their unawareness of their considerable front distribution of mass, limiting their field of view, the board decided to form a new safety regulation.
From now on, all employees who present a notably larger-than-average silhouette, whose mobility needs to be accommodated with a wider worker equipment and an extra care, especially around tight spaces like doorframes, are required to limit their physical movement to the bare minimum, in order to avoid any similar events in the future.
In addition to that, each employee who fulfills the criteria, will be required to indicate their need to relocate, so one of their colleagues can help them by escorting them safely to their destination.
Under any circumstances, such employees must not travel by themselves for the safety of everyone.
