So this isn't a from scratch recipe I put together but was more throwing together mostly already prepared ingredients that were cheap. Yeah even the ground lamb was fairly cheap, there was a good deal for it.

In this there is:

-Instant coconut jasmine rice
-1 can of corn
-1 can of diced potatoes
-1 lb ground lamb seasoned with rosemary, garlic salt, lemon pepper, and cumin
-Half jar of coconut curry sauce

Thoughts: Yum yum, served its purpose well and I can never go wrong with lamb. The curry from costco was really good, slightly spicy but not too much. Potatoes and corn went well with the lamb.
