"Disinterested Speedrunner" reminds me of something that happened in an old job. In a group exercise on communication skills, the class was organized into pairs, and we had to talk gibberish to each other, relying on tone and inflection to simulate conversation. It was a strange exercise, but I tried to give it a go. My partner had no interest, and didn't even want to try.
I like to play this one as the "'Would I Lie To You?' gameshow competitor" - find phrasing that will make the most innocent truth sound like the most outrageous whopper of a lie, or that will make a complete falsehood sound believable.
Then watch the reaction to saying that "I drive 18 ton passenger EVs on weekends" actually means "I'm a volunteer vintage tram driver".

My go-to for this game tends to be "I've published a novel; I've been to 40% of the United States and three countries outside of it; and I have a variation of Dissociative Identity Disorder due to being psychologically abused for 30 years."
My goal is to never be invited to play one of these ridiculous games again, so I go for broke and toss out ones that the others don't know how to top.
