Siccer is a 28 year old hedgehog living in the sonic world. He has a brother-sister relationship with a toy nidorina named Lalita, despite not being related to each other. He looks fat, in reality he's containing air in him which he could have rearranged for some sense of benefit or expell the wind at a sooner point (or just for floating around). He's often equipped with the burst wispon (he can use the wind to redirect and or assist the flames), though he can use other wispons. He has the powers of the wind element.

If it needs to be said on sky road, while he and lalita may be approaching the end of the road, he does have a plan.
