The Imperial Flag of the Dual Monarchy of Avstria-Venetia, formed in 1607, the empire has suffered many troubles in its 400 years of exsistence, the Ottoman Invasions of the 18th centuary, the Borgia Imperial Papalcy and its ally, the Empire of Castille, Republican Hungary, the Rhineland famines of the early 20th centuary, among others, but this central power has survived through all, still managing to remain a dominat power.
Now, as it celebrates its Quadricentennial, Her Serene Empress, Theresea Maria Habsburg-Doge, plans to announce the creation of a single, unified capital (as oppossed to the dual cities of Venice and Vienna) named Illaria, the most modern city in Europa.
