Sometime ago I read an article about icon painting. It seems to be a sience by itself and i decided to give it a try. This is the nearly finished version of a Nisrii Icon. The BG on the left handside symbolises Braunschweig (The Lion and the "Braunschweiger Mettwurst") the right handside ist Berlin.

(I am not full of myself, I just think that this painting would be fun)
