A new day starts, a new beginning, a new me.
I watch the sun rise, knowing everything before is now in the past, old memories, some very close and personal, can now lay to rest.
It is now my time, a time to plan for the future, whatever it holds, wherever it leads me, I hope it's going to be good.

I absolutely love this and the way it came out.

I wanted something like this for a while, to not only reflect on my past, but to also show how I feel now.
How also finding new friends on here feels like I've been released from my dark cave and free again from the chains that held me there over the last good few years.
And I thank every one of you.

I still visit the cave, to gather my thoughts, regain energy, but knowing I am free to leave anytime.

Although everything changes, big commitments come up, etc. and you may loose some, but where possible, hold onto your friends, especially loved ones where you can.
Don't ever give everything up and walk away when things get rough.
Friends support each other at these bad times, something that is very difficult to manage on your own.
