Haven't done any crappy poetry in a while, here I experimented using assonance (vowels match) instead of rhymes, except in one verse where I slipped up and did an actual rhyme.
I am amused, usually when I fail it's because I accidently use something that DOESNT rhyme, I got an accent, so sometimes something may rhyme when I say it, but not when spoken in correct english, which may lead to unintentional slant rhymes. But here, non-rhymes was part of the point. I follow a typical ABCB scheme, except with assonance rather than rhymes, (and I might have slipped up once or twice,,,)
The exception to this is the choruses, which do rhyme, its jsut that the second line in chorus one rhymes with the last line in chorus 2 and vice versa. I usually do not get this fancy about the rhyme-schemes, AABB or ABCB works perfectly fine in 99% of all situations.
