LouieFurryWolfy did my bodypaint this year. This shit takes time, and he's a great enough guy to donate his precious con-time to helping me get into costume. Thanks again dude, I couldn't do it without you!

I'm a m-f for about 2 hours a day kinda guy, and this includes cardio, stretching, and corework in addition to (usually) lifting for 2 muscle groups a day. I -usually- train bi's, tri's, chest, and shoulders twice a week, and legs and back once a week, but I do mix it up quite a bit.
I get asked fitness questions quite a bit, so I'm going to try and do more of a detailed posting of some of my personal tips and tricks that I've accumulated over the years. And as for when i first started lifting, I'm not exactly sure how big my arms were, but I started out about 175 pounds about 6-7 years ago, and now I'm about 225.

That's cool beans man. I started arround 190, probably about your weight at the minute, but I'm -definitely- much softer about the mid-riff. I have good arms, but TBH, I need to hit the cardio. Unfortunately a motorcycle accident on Tuesday night means I won't be able to get out and exercise for -weeks- now. I'm quite eaten up over it.
Also.
What's m-f?

And yeah, that really sucks dude... Injuries are never fun, and god knows I've had my fair share of them (recovering from one right now, infact). Granted I've never been in a motorcycle accident, but considering I've been riding for 6 years now, I figure it's only a matter of time

Holy shit dude... that is fucking priceless!
And yeah, it seems to usually go that way... Most accidents happen within the first year or so. I had a minor slide-out within my first few months as well, but nothing that serious! Sorry to hear about the misfortunes... but you gotta admit, the irony -is- pretty priceless

hehe mmmm possibly. To become as sexy as a your lion self? I have the means to get into shape. what would you suggest for the stomach and chest region? I used to hear that sit-ups and crunches wen't as good as they should be because they put strain on your back. now you hear that crunches are the best thing to do for abs.
You can never go wrong with the classics, but all in all, there are about 100 thousand different ab exercises you can do... I think the key is variety... doing something different every time so you never get bored and fall into a routine. Keeps the muscles guessing too! But FAR more important is diet and cardio. You can have steroid-bull abs but if you've got fat on top of them you won't be able to see them. You'd be amazed how defined your abs can get by doing little more than eating a good diet and running a mile or two a day!
Well diet can get uber specific, but as far as general tips, I always try to stay to natural foods. Whole grains, lean meats, lots of fruits and veggies. Avoid things like processed foods, premade meals (pretty much everything in a walmart freezer!), white grains, and high fat meats like hamburger, sausage, peperoni, bacon, etc. Also, soda and other junkfood is a big no-brainer. I make a lot of my own food, so I know exactly what goes into it and what I'm putting into my body. If you can't do that, then try and find/buy stuff with as many whole and natural ingredients as possible. If you can't pronounce it, you shouldn't eat it!
lol, well if you're going to eat salad, use spinach instead of romaine or iceberg! Spinach is about 100000 times better for you than regular lettice, and in my opinion, tastes better too! But as for the rest of it... unless there's some kind of high-fructose coating on the veggies (which, in america, wouldn't surprise me) you should be okay. Just remember, even salads can be unhealthy, so watch what you put on them!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kSQL.....el_video_title well I see 2 gay lions at 4:32 lol!
Thanks man! I really love hearing compliments like that! It's truly an honor when someone tells me that I've inspired them to be more active and to get into shape... I'm flattered, and take it from me... -anyone- can do it, it just takes a lot of hard work, dedication, and determination!
Fantastic work, I originally thought some skilled photoshopping but body paint? Incredible.
o.O Wow, bodybuilder and biker to boot? It seems Ive found a kindred spirit
Only just started getting into shape as I'm readying for the military, I own/owned a 72 Cl350 Scrambler that i spent WAAAY too much on just to get it running.
Once I have my sign on bonus in hand I'm buying a Triumph 900 Scrambler.... What can I say they're unique bikes and I love the look =-)

Oh and I've had my wreck 2 years ago, laid over my buddies 88 nighthawk when some hose head pulled out in front of me at a T junction. It was either lay over and hit the hood when the front got loose and wobbled the bike on a sandy patch. Scarred my hands and knees but I had no helmet, I got LUCKY when i rolled and the only thing keeping me out of the hospital was riding jacket.
