Hey look it's an I'shigare picture that isnt just a ref!! This is a scene from my story, where an abandoned Spook (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/5790109/) leaves her siblings in the city and decides to join the Veil Keepers for sentimental reasons.

The Elder Veil Keeper understands that Spook has a destiny to fulfill, and takes her under his wing, (or claw) to train as his sucessor.

The Elder himself is a very mysterious being, no one is sure how he came to be, as he belongs to no known clan, all that is clear is that he is extremley old and powerful, some suggest he may have been descended from the Deity herself, other think that the Deity blessed him with enourmous powers.

In his form you can see he has the Veil Keeper Halos, the sign is the deity on his flank. His build is thin and compact, a common feature with all veil keepers, moving in and out of the veil constantly has this effect on their body. He uses his giant claws, and tails to shred the Veil apart and weave it back together using a thread of dimensional energy.

The Elder isn't that massive as you can see, Spook is the size of a Puma, so a human would probably stand just under his shoulder, yet his massive head and talons can be intimidating.

P.s. Spook fondly calls the Elder 'El' as she grows closer to him :D
