Species: Mimikyu

Abilities: Typical ghost powers, as well as packing various data storage devices she created called "haunted tech." Her preferred ones are her USB thumb drives, which allow her to rob someone's appearance and mind, leaving behind a blank body. She can then plug this "data" into a mannequin to effectively trap them, or into herself for a near perfect disguise.

Bio: In a certain places, the "Dollmaker" is a known criminal that kidnaps certain people, leaving behind life sized "dolls" that resemble their victims as a calling card. Motives are unknown, and any person that shows up again generally doesn't remember anything in the time they went missing. The culprit is in fact Mira, a Mimikyu with more abilities than the usual one. Being stuck with her usual unsightly look, she is massively envious of other more attractive people. As such, she goes out of her way to "take" them and give them a piece of her mind. She currently runs a clothing store that is entirely run by mannequins, all made by her. She has yet to be caught a second time by the authorities...
