The first Atlyss-related piece I made after having played Atlyss for the first time, featuring my main poon gal, Modis (she/they)!

I gravitated to makin' a poon character first because the male poon looked the cutest to me outta all the default models, but I eventually went with "pudgy but muscular women with giant hammers gotta be one of my favorite genders" for her design. Kind of a simple idea for a character but oops she lives in my brain now forever I love her she just like me fr fr

Also couldn't figure out what I wanted to do for her name, until "Modis" popped into my head, short for "Moderation/modesty is overrated," or perhaps "Mo' of Dis, please." Usually pronounced like "moe-dis," could be shortened and pronounced like "mauds" 'cause "Mommy Mods" has a nice ring to it.

I headcanon her personality to be a bit like peak male-wife material, Senshi from Dungeon Meshi: her blunt, curious, straight-forward and impulsive nature can get her into trouble, but they are also a kind soul who cares about the physical and mental well-being of those around her. Likewise, this translates into her fighting style: Modis will dive into the center of conflict. She may not output the raw ferocity and damage other warriors fight with, but they don't need to. Instead, Modis' true strength comes from undermining enemy defenses and creating openings for allies, so that they can let loose all hell on their foes. Modis also employs support magic to keep herself and allies healthy in the heat of battle.
