A giraffe doing what they do best, standing around looking tall and lanky.
To a giraffe, everyone else is a short-ass, and they dont mind telling em either.
Its the truth! XD
Just practicing digital painting, thats all.

My friend Heidi has some really interesting brushes she's made too http://www.redmoonstudios.com/buddh.....brushmenu.html
Also this thread is VERY useful on utilizing your brushes: http://www.conceptart.org/forums/sh.....ad.php?t=84943

I didn't want people to think that I was putting down your art in any way by saying it would be great artwork for kids... when in fact what I was saying was that I love this enough that I would have this in my home and cherish it. Wow, I think much more clearly in the mornings.
Wow! I REALLY love the musculature and the way that you made the skin stretch over it! And his look is so snobby! XD I also love the way you did the spots and the looong legs! And the background is so neat! I'm so glad that you decided to keep trying! Just don't push yourself too much and get burnt out again okay sweetie? <3
Your little description made me chuckle when I read it. X3
But more onto the artwork itself, I think you did rather nicely on the giraffe’s spotted form and anatomy, while the sheen of his (or her) fur came out rather nicely too. The background is a bit trippy but somehow fitting for the oddity of the tall, lanky ungulate we know to be the giraffe.
Very well done UV. :)

Hmm, looks good. This could make a nice postcard.
Oh, have you by the way seen "The Five Stages of Giraffe Death" gag in Robot Chicken? If you haven't, see http://youtube.com/watch?v=Uo31y99eVec
