Fun facts:
-Cards and Ash both went canon tf route, Doc got a just for funsies noncanon surprise TF
-Cards's birthname is a deadname, Ash's birthname is private
-Doc has a sister who tried to kill her
-Doc is absolutely, without a doubt, 100% evil. There are only three people she cares for, and anyone else can get bent.
-Cards isn't out-and-out evil, as it's rarely actively malicious and seeking to do harm, but deffos does a lot of splash damage just by being a Master of the Bazaar. Cards has a severe detachment from reality and tends to have odd views, as such.
-Ash/Cal tries their best to be a good person, even if their personality is extremely grumpy and reserved. They were originally a revolutionary who wanted to kill Mr. Fires in revenge for their family being permanently killed in a factory accident, but at some point realized that revenge was never going to satisfy the hole in their heart. They putter around until London moves to the Sunless Skies, and eventually have cause to use the Curator anatomical knowledge they gained when trying to kill Fires to become a physician for their locomotive's sole Curator crewmember. Post-TF, Ash opens up a medical practice on Lustrum to be close to their partner, Mr. Pennies.
-Ash's hat was passed down from their father, and they plan to give it to one of their children someday.
-Cards wanted to be a bat from a young age, after catching a single glimpse of the Vake.
-Doc's TF was an utter surprise and she was initially resistant to the idea, but came to enjoy her new body and wouldn't want to go back.
-Ash decided to undertake the TF only after serious consideration, and is still on the locomotive for about 50/100 years of the TF. They leave the locomotive once they're able to get pregnant so they can start their family.
