[Plush Gator POV]
Lyela was a special big purple plush gator who loved Easter, always putting on her bunny ear headband for the special day every year. She loved to hunt for special yummy treats and she had a convoluted plan to acquire them. A couple of days before Easter, she gave her round stuffed belly a pat and let the stuffing churn for a bit. After an hour or so, she unzipped her plush belly and pulled out several fur-covered chocolate Easter bunny costumes from her stuffing. They were the seeds she was going to sow, treating it as a crucial part of her long-con.
The chocolate Easter bunny costumes were a single piece outfit with paws sewn to the sleeves of the arms and legs. The costumes were mostly chocolate-brown with cream colors on their front, tail, pawpads, and insides of their ears. Zippers ran down the cream-colored bellies of the costumes, slightly hidden under the folds of fuzzy fabric to make it appear like the front was seamless. Each bunny costume was of different sizes, but mostly in small sizes for the majority of the ones that would be wearing it for Easter day. She stood akimbo as the day passed creating the costumes, preparing for the start of her plans the next day.
One day to go before Easter. Lyela waddled her way to the front of her house, setting up in the shade of a tree with folded tables and cardboard signs. One by one, she folded the chocolate bunny costumes made by her stuffing, placing all of them neatly in stacks from small to large sizes. Additionally, she pulled out boxes of actual chocolate bunnies along with plastic eggs filled with colored jelly beans, leaving them out for free in her unsupervised Easter giveaway. She was preparing for a week-long scheme with everything she had created out of her magical stuffing.
To make sure that everyone had an equal share of Easter goods for the following day, she stood like a huggable gator mascot between the filled tables, watching for greedy souls to scare off while letting children hug her. Parents would pick the bunny costumes and goodies for their children, some even putting on the costumes over their clothes on the spot. Lyela grinned as the costumes were picked off one by one. The secret to her chocolate bunny costumes is that she could track each costume down and retrieve them days later, executing the next part of her scheme.
In the days after Easter, Lyela plodded through the neighborhood with muffled steps, sneaking into the houses at night to locate the chocolate bunny costumes. Most of the outfits were stashed aside in the living rooms, the children-sized outfits often smeared with chocolate and jelly bean stains. Being a living plush laundromat, it was her purpose to help clean them to ensure the chocolate Easter bunny costumes were reusable next Easter, sticking them in her plush belly and shaking it in her stuffing to get all the stubborn stains off.
While the plush gator cleaned, she absorbed the remnants of chocolate and candy through her wet stuffing, “washing” them so that she could have her “chocolate bunny” over and over again since the costumes did not melt in her stuffing. Once the costumes were free of any sugary smears, she would pull them out soaked in lavender-scented detergent water as though they were freshly pulled out from a wash. The costumes were placed where she found them before she departed for other houses. These “chocolate bunnies” were not filling for her stuffing-filled belly, treated as hollow treats that disappointed her. She was still hungry for her treats.
Apart from the hollow “chocolate bunnies” that were stashed aside, some came with people still in them, a bonus treat for her. They were the “chocolate bunnies” she sought for her snacking pangs, the post-Easter costume wearers who treated them like pajamas or wearing them just to stay comfy at home. She would tiptoe beside them and give them a tight hug, causing some to emit muffled screams as her zipper opened up and engulfed them in stuffing, wrapping around the bunny costume wearers and dragging them into her body. ‘Finally, a meal at last!’ She patted her plush belly with the “chocolate bunny” now in her stomach.
Satisfied by a filling “chocolate bunny,” Lyela would sit quietly and wait as she enjoyed toying with her victims in her stuffing. Some screamed within her plush body while others tried to punch through her thick fabric skin to no avail, only causing the plush gator to giggle and vibrate her stuffed interior. As the minutes passed, the motions gradually vanished with the warmth within her stuffing. The plush gator unzipped herself and pulled out a freshly cleaned but hollowed-out “chocolate bunny” before letting out a quiet burp. The wearers of the chocolate bunny costumes were turned into stuffing food for her, and each one only made her softer and plumper. There were still many other “chocolate bunnies” out there to devour, and Leyla wasted no time visiting each location, no matter if the chocolate Easter bunny costumes were hollow or not.
[Victim POV]
Lucas was a ten-year-old ready for Easter. He heard about a special Easter giveaway just around the corner of his street, giving out bunny costumes and other sweet treats. He begged his parents to bring him there and both his parents reluctantly agreed. The whole family strolled along the streets, already some children dressed from head to toe in chocolate bunny costumes, carrying bags of chocolates and candies. Seeing them made him far more eager to get himself goodies, quickening his pace and pulling his parents along.
When he was there, many parents and children were at the set up foldable tables, looking around and pointing at various boxes of items. He headed for the chocolate bunny costumes first, surprised that there were small to large-sized outfits. Lucas' mother scratched his head and asked other parents, “These come in adult sizes too?” She received a mix of shrugs and nods, only smiling back. While Lucas was busy hugging the purple plush gator mascot under his father’s watchful eyes, his mother picked out a chocolate Easter bunny costume his size, still suspicious about the whole giveaway. She shrugged, throwing caution to the wind as she picked out a chocolate bunny costume her size and her lover’s size, wanting to be included in the bunny family fun.
On evening Easter day itself, Lucas and his parents suited up in the comfortably fitting chocolate bunny costumes, having slight difficulties with using the mitten-like paws to zip themselves in. The ten-year-old leaped up and down in excitement, even wiggling the fluffy tuft of his bunny outfit’s tail at his parents. The two adults beamed from ear to ear at the sight, bringing along the chocolates and jelly bean-filled plastic eggs they had gotten from the giveaway, hoping to meet others in similar costumes too.
At the house where the giveaway was held became an empty yard, all the curtains closed as if hiding something secretive. They could now clearly see that it was an abandoned house without any decorations present. Lucas and his parents spent the evening running around as bunnies along with other families in a community-held Easter Walk, joining the little bunny army as they marched around the neighborhood to watch the sun set. The crowd, dressed as chocolate bunnies, enjoyed their Easter chocolates and jelly beans, having a casual conversation as the orange of the sky transitioned into a blue hue. Unbeknownst to them, a pair of plush eyes watched from behind the curtains of the abandoned house.
Upon returning home at the dark of night, the three were oddly drowsy. Lucas’ parents passed out on the couch in the living room while headed to the kitchen to clean the dirt off the base of the costume’s footpaws. To his surprise, the fabric underneath the feet of his costume was clean. It was odd that some of the chocolate stains and traces of sugar from the Easter treats he ate were still on his costume’s mitten paws. He tried to wash the stains off but water only bounced off the paws as if it turned waterproof. Even splashing the water on the main body of the outfit only left beads of water rolling off without being absorbed into the chocolate bunny costume. He tried to find the zipper to get out of the costume but it seemed to be missing. Another wave of drowsiness flowed over him and he dragged himself upstairs to his bed, flopping down on his back and still in costume.
An hour into his sleep, Lucas was woken by what sounded like shrills coming from downstairs. He tiptoed down half of the stairs, hesitant to check the living room. He sat on the stairs and peered, spotting something big and puffy trudge around as the cries continued. After a few more minutes, the cries died down and he peeked again. The figure was gone. He trembled as he descended the rest of the stairs, finding nothing but two flowery-smelling chocolate bunny costumes on the couch with bits of wet cotton stuck to the outfit’s fabric. His parents were nowhere to be seen.
“Mom?” He called out, immediately met by silence. Something soft bumped into his back. As he turned around, it was the purple gator mascot he had seen in the Easter giveaway. He gasped and just before he screamed, the gator unzipped and a ball of cotton wrapped around him, muffling his voice and dragging him into her belly. With one last attempt to crawl out of the plushie’s gut, he reached an arm through the hole he had entered, just to get it pushed back in as the cotton tightened around him to pull him into position. Once the gator plushie zipped him in, he was trapped and his fate was sealed.
He trashed his arms and kicked at the inner fabric walls of the plushie, but the puffy paws of the chocolate bunny costume on him prevented him from clawing his way out of trouble. He began to sweat as his stamina faltered, and as though the living plushie knew, she gave her belly a few more pats to put him out of his misery. The cotton pushed hard against his limbs and immobilized him completely. Whimpering in tears within the cotton, Lucas could feel his body getting warmer and warmer, like the sun was approaching his body at breakneck speed. His organic form soon disintegrated and transformed into cotton stuffing, seeping out from the open face hood of the outfit. The plush gator cackled in the living room, pulling out an empty chocolate bunny costume from her stuffed belly.

I like the idea of a living plush/rubber suit caring for you, then turning you into a living critter of the same material, so they can be BFFs. "Twinning TF", so named.
And I'll add what really needs more attention: Environment TF. As in: A living balloon critter turning a whole house inflatable to match it.
