whilst nick and i were driving to our grandparents house bringing them some pulled-pork i made for this most beloved holiday of july 4 2011 Anno Domine. pulling off a cabbage leaf which was wilted i rolled down the window in order to toss the offending piece when all of a sudden a thump hit me square in the chest. I grabbed it to see what it was, and, to my horror and later hilarity, it was a bald-faced hornet. i felt compelled to share my experience
