This was a take-home commission I received while tabling at EvilleCon a few weeks back. It's been done for a hot minute, but I forgot to take a picture until now lol.
I LOVED this project! Any day that I get to draw a dinosaur is a *fantastic* day! ^^ My client didn't know what they wanted the character to be doing or wearing, so I suggested this as a pose for this fun-loving gal!
As much as I love working on traditional art, I'm starting to feel a bit out of practice. I may have to spend some time honing my craft a little more to get some better contrast between my darks and lights. It's sometimes tough finding the balance between blending and leaving rough edges. Maybe I'll open for some discount marker pieces in the near future. ^^
