It's almost frightening, the directions my mind will go in given the chance. While thinking of ideas for another drawing (which ultimately went nowhere), I hit upon the idea of having two of the Stellar Typhoon's crew members somehow getting involved in one of those knife-throwing routines.
The thrower was originally going to be Vikki Scase - having as she does a penchant for the theatrical arts - but then I realised that Izzy Rozycki would work just as well. After all, as the ship's cook, she does have access to a wide selection of large knives, and is pretty skilled at using them. This in turn led to Taiho Mori being cast as the glamorous assistant. As much as he likes Izzy, though, he does have some doubts about her aiming skills...
