Nielo is a good ol' fighter - A City guard - Which I suppose is like being a policewoman. Very nice!
Her boyfriend/mate Xerro, is a Mentor - Which is just what Paladin's are called in Their home empire of Yinne. He'd likely just call himself a mentor and worker. As he's mostly helping others with getting into physical shape, through exercise and meditation.
He can cast a limited amount of protective spells and healing aura's due to his connection to the plane of "Good".
Naturally, the two got together, the tempered aggression of Nielo complimenting the calm, protective strength of Xerro.
