To no surprise of anyone, Brett isn't the best student in college. Often goofing off when he should be paying attention to the professor the the lessons taught, especially since his scholarships, gained through his surprising athletic ability despite his weight, require him to sustain around a 2.5 GPA. Thankfully, his boyfriend 
Anciano is quite the nerd and is all too happy to help teach the wolf! What better way to do that then ordering some pizza, setting up atop all that dough, using those gigantic moobs like pillows, and cuddling up close for the night while explaining calculus to the whale of a canine!
Though, as the saying goes "you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink". While Brett may be doing his best to understand whatever Mekki is saying, it tends to fly over his head at times. Oh well, least the jock thinks his boyfriend is adorable as he rambles on, excitedly teaching him whatever he could... and he has pizza!
