So this is a colored version of this pic from  reptu_modular from a few years ago, but one that also redoes her story to be a lot more fun and desirable.

Marley is that friend in her group who goes along with something stupid not because it’s smart, but because her smarter friends outthought her. So in this case, her best friend (and later mate) Pastel convinced her to be her getaway driver while the former robbed a few ATMs. Marley may not have been the best choice however, opting to follow the traffic rules even while fleeing from the police, quickly resulting in their capture and imprisonment, with the young sea otter being considered an accessory. Though the cops finding open containers of liquor and a small but still illegal amount of weed in her car definitely didn’t help.
Due to the nature of her crimes, both her and Pastel were offered the same sentence: up to 10 years in a Virginia prison, or up to 5 years of the newly introduced and experimental Reduction Community Service sentence. With both of them having prior experience being chopped, being big fans of the Chopping Block Bar, they both chose the later, opting to be reduced to just bodiless heads, their bodies being put in magical stasis till they were released.
Marley, having had years of experience as a host before, took the same role at the Block, acting as a greater and hostess, though due to the nature of the bar, she frequently gave a “special service” to others. With the help of a single nutrition tablet a day, and any food the bar owner Riley or her guests decided to treat her too, she proved to be an exceptional worker. The QR code tattooed on her neck leading to her digital profile where patrons can donate money or give compliments about her work.
