Another of my Things i make
It got the name from my infamous Thanksgiving of OMG WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING!
I was exhausted after cooking for basically 30 hours straight. (small cat naps while pies were baking though)
and yeah i made a LOT OF STUFF that year.
The stuffing for the 28 lb turkey i got had me roast all together a small ham 3 cornish hens, two roasting chickens and 6 turkey drumsticks in a BIG ROASTER PAN JUST TO GET THE JUICE TO MAKE THE STUFFING FOR THE MAIN TURKEY!

ok so i am crazy.

So yeah as i was finally making this crack (considering how many of them i have to make each year) someone asked me what it was an i said baked Porn instead of Baked Corn. and it stuck.

This stuff is easier than a Fox on Porn and Viagra

1 medium baking dish. cause all this will go in and mix and bake in it.
or you could go nuts like i did this year and make indivual muffins in a vain attempt to make them last longer. honestly it is just easier to make the baking dish of it... and quicker.
you may like with a fox wish to lube the thing. but like trying to get mercy from a Quintisan it sometimes helps but not often.

contents of One pack of Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
Contents of one can of normal golden delicious OMG corn. Drained*
contents of one can of creamed corn not drained of it's luscious creme!
2 eggs
1 cup sour creme.
Stir until a somewhat frightening consitency is maintained. golden and lumpy.
Shove it uncerimoniously into a heated oven at 425. pull out. (thats what he said) when it is browned and a chopstick shoved in comes out clean... hehehehehe

Place on table and run. watch and giggle as the ravenous hordes burn themselves on it while trying to shovel it into their gaping maws like something H.P.Lovecraft would write about (and i would dream lovingly about)

a tasty alternative i did last year which was also OMG YUMMY was topping the entire thing with shredded cheese (Parmigiana, Romano, asiago, Edam, mozzarella, and other leftovers from my LASAGNA OF DOOOOOOOOMMMMMM



* OMG i just had a revelation of frying the corn in butter and bacon grease this year... before adding. I may be killed in the stampede... pray for me.
