Here's an unused concept for, well - what it says on the tin! Who knows, I might use this guy more in the future.
This here Overlord's name is Cheroot de Plumegrain - he is aggressively-French, smoking's his second nature, and he's pretty much responsible for any and all tobacco production in Hell. His design's largely been inspired by Envians, and his personality does align the closest with that ring in particular. A salty and shrewd old man who nevertheless loves to sweeten the deal when push comes to shove - he often tries to hit on Carmilla Carmine (in more sense than one) on top of everything else, as they pretty much share territory within Pentagram City's industrial district.
