My first non-FurAffiniTweaks post in a while, and ope I just ruined it. Oh well.
This is "The Figure", as known by very few locals in some unspecified city in Illinois. It has caused multiple people, mostly teen-aged, to go missing with unspecified causes. They usually come back, though somewhat different-looking, and somehow... much happier.
Police are still investigating this paranormal presence, but It has gained local infamy, and is a common deterrent for those looking to move to the town.
