I got reminded that I used to draw more forgotten funny-animal superheroes so here's Atomic Mouse, summoned from the misty depths of ... huh. November 1958. Atomic Mouse #28 ( https://comicbookplus.com/?dlid=82459 ) sure seems older than that. Atomic Mouse's pose here started out from the story ``In The Land Of The Sphinx'' (seen on page 7 of that link), and I redrew that background to something more interesting.
The glossy effects on Atomic's head are based on the cover of Atomic Mouse #1 ( https://comicbookplus.com/?dlid=34066 ) where he's got the patches of light on his head that suggest something shiny like he's made of rubber or something. Once that was established of course I was able to draw him.
