That hamster character is Hamster Ball Knight, another character from Honkai: Star Rail (I need to play that someday) :3

If you notice, their feet are more 1930 styled. Since Clockie looks like a old cartoon character (I mean his voice gives it away), why not use 1930 style feet for him and Hamster ;3
